Terms That Keep Our Work Clear
These terms govern your use of oralbillingsolutions.com and the billing services Oral Billing Solutions provides to dental practices. By visiting the site or hiring us, you agree to them. Anyone who disagrees should stop using the site and contact us before engaging our services.
Each client also signs a service agreement that sets the fee, the scope of work and the billing schedule. If the agreement and these terms conflict, the agreement controls. Clear terms protect both sides, so please read them before work begins.
Our Services
We provide dental billing support: insurance verification, claim submission, payment posting, denial management and appeals, accounts receivable follow-up and reporting. Your agreement lists the services you have chosen. We do not treat patients, and we do not provide legal or clinical advice.
Shared Responsibilities
Good billing depends on both sides doing their part. Delays or errors that come from incomplete information are not billing errors on our part.
Fees and Payment
Your service agreement sets your fees. Invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date unless the agreement says otherwise. If a payment runs late, we notify you in writing before we pause any work. You remain responsible for unpaid balances, and our Refund Policy explains how to dispute a charge.
Three Simple Steps to Get Started
Every engagement begins the same way, so both sides know the terms before the first claim goes out.
- Step 01 : Book a Consultation
- Step 02 : Sign Your Agreement
- Step 03 : We Begin the Work
Call 1-844-800-4293 or use our contact form to schedule a free review of your billing process.
We agree on the scope, the fee and the billing schedule, and we sign a Business Associate Agreement.
Our team sets up access, starts your services and sends your first report.
Confidentiality
Both sides protect confidential business and patient information. Our Privacy Policy and your Business Associate Agreement also govern patient information. You confirm that you have the authority to share the patient information you send us.
Limitation of Liability
We submit and follow up on claims with care. Payers make the final decision on every payment, so we do not guarantee that a claim will be approved or paid, or that your collections will reach a set amount. Oral Billing Solutions is not liable for payer decisions, for delays that stem from information your practice provides or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the billing period when the problem arose.
Indemnification
You agree to reimburse us for losses from claims that arise from inaccurate information you provide, misuse of our services or violation of the law.
Term and Termination
Either party may end services with written notice sent by email. Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless your agreement states a different date. Work completed before that date stays payable. At the end of the engagement, we return or securely delete your data as your agreement directs.
Intellectual Property
The content, design, logos and materials on this website belong to Oral Billing Solutions. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.
Governing Law
New York law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Erie County, New York have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Each update appears on this page with a new date at the top, and we email active clients about material changes. Continued use of the site or services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
